Douglas joined Econet Wireless Zimbabwe in 1996. He was part of the team that launched the Mascom Wireless network in Botswana and Econet Wireless Nigeria (EWN) in Nigeria. He assumed various positions in Econet Wireless International before his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe in March 2002. Among other qualifications, Douglas holds a Masters in Business Leadership (UNISA) and a BSc Maths and Computer Science degree from the University of Zimbabwe (UZ).
Kris joined Econet Wireless Zimbabwe in 1998. He was posted to Econet’s operations in Nigeria, where he set up the Finance department in March 2001 before returning to Zimbabwe in January 2004 as Deputy Chief Finance Officer. Kris holds an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe. He is a registered Public Accountant and is a fellow member of both the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
Kezito has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has accumulated knowledge of the various key aspects of the industry through working for a major vendor, a pan-African GSM operator and a fixed network operator. The experience of working in five African countries and managing customers in 13 others gave him exposure to multiple cultures and the ability to operate in diverse environments. He holds a BSc. Honours degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration among other qualifications in telecommunications.
Sheilla joined Econet Wireless Zimbabwe in July 2003 as General Counsel, a position which she holds to date. Previously she worked in a similar capacity for ExxonMobil (Southern Africa Cluster) and the University of Zimbabwe. Before then she served for seven years in the Ministry of Justice, leaving as a Senior Magistrate. She holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) Degree, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University
Charles joined Econet Wireless from RioZim Ltd, where he had been Group Company Secretary. Born on December 21, 1951, Charles holds a BA (Hons) in Law and an MPhil in International Law. He has a distinguished career in the justice and legal fraternity and in commerce. He served as Assistant Registrar in the High Court of Zimbabwe and a Registrar at Supreme Court, before rising to Senior Law Officer, International Law Division, Ministry of Justice, in 1984. Charles is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and an Associate of the Royal Aeronautical Society. He is married with two daughters.
Deputy Finance Director
Roy joined Econet Wireless Zimbabwe in 2009 from Deloitte, where he was a Partner. Roy is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (Honours) Degree from UNISA, and a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe (ICAZ). Roy is a registered Public Accountant and is a Council member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe. He also chairs the Auditing Professional Standards Committee (APSC) of ICAZ. He is on the boards of the Zimbabwe Accounting Practices Board (ZAPB) and the Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB), which regulate the accounting and auditing professions in Zimbabwe. He has extensive experience in accounting and governance matters and continues to participate in various projects to improve financial regulation in Zimbabwe.

Isaiah Nyangari joined Econet Wireless in 2001 from Unilever, where he was the Marketing Manager for Unilever South East Africa Region. Isaiah holds an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe and a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours (UZ). He is a Chartered Marketer (CIM UK) and a member of the Institute of Marketing (UK). Isaiah was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in 2006.
Tororiro Isaac Chaza
Executive, Project Management Officer
Tororiro joined Econet in 1999, bringing a wealth of experience gained in the ICT field. His career began at the then PTC, the state-owned fixed phone company. At Econet, he has worked in various capacities within the Group, including in Econet Lesotho, FDM and Ecoweb. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Science (BSc. Eng. Science 1980) from Warwick University and an MBA (1992) from the University of Zimbabwe. He is a Chartered Engineer (C. Eng.) a member of the Institution of Engineering Technology U.K. (MIET), and a member of the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers (MZweI).

Innocent joined Econet Wireless Zimbabwe on 1st November 2012. He has 21 years of Management experience at Senior, Executive and Board levels in the public sector and listed international organisations. He brings with him regional experience gained from various Human Resources and Management Consulting roles in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Kenya. Innocent holds an MBA from University of Wollongong (Australia), BSc Honours Degree from University of Zimbabwe, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management, Institute of Marketing Management South Africa, and Diploma in Training Management, Institute of Personnel Management Zimbabwe.

Stanley has vast telecommunications industry experience gained in South Africa, Mozambique, Nigeria and Uganda. He worked for Mcel in Mozambique, Saicom International in South Africa, Telecel International in Nigeria, Uganda Telecommunications, and MTN (Uganda). He holds a BCom Degree from Stellenbosch University and a Diploma in
Human Resources Management from University of Johannesburg.
Chief Information Officer
James brings to the business vast experience gained over 15 years in the management and governance of IT systems and projects at senior level. He worked for BhartiAirtel Africa - Zambia and Kenya, Celtel International - Zambia, InterfinMerchant Bank - Zimbabwe, BancABC - Zimbabwe, among other companies. James holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Zimbabwe and other several professional courses. He is a member of the Computer Societies of South Africa and Zimbabwe.
