Roger Neal Smith

Roger Neal Smith has been involved in business and financial consulting for more than twenty years. His experience includes providing consulting services in the areas of finance, operations and marketing to both American and Japanese private enterprises, and to the federal government. As a Financial Consultant with one of the world's largest securities firms, he was responsible for providing financial analysis, portfolio management, asset management, financial planning, investment advice, and product research services. During his tenure at the firm, Mr. Smith managed over $150 million in assets for more than 700 business and individual clients worldwide. As a Principal in the Creighton Group, a company he co-founded, he provided financial, strategic marketing, technology transfer and research services to both large and small businesses.

Mr. Smith also has more than ten years of experience in the entertainment industry. His entertainment experience includes working with American and Japanese companies in the areas of music, film and video. While working for Taylor Smith, Inc., he was responsible for working with film writers and producers, and musicians in the development of film and television packages. He also coordinated recording projects, and functioned as an intermediary between record companies, promoters and producers. For more than seventeen years, Mr. Smith worked for AT&T in Detroit, Chicago and Los Angeles. While at AT&T, his responsibilities included functioning as an Internal Consultant in the company's finance department. Since 1986, he has taught classes in business and ethics at various universities, including UCLA, California State University in Fullerton, California State University in Los Angeles, and Santa Monica College. Mr. Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois and a MBA from the University of Chicago. Mr. Smith also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Phillips Graduate Institute.


Craig Boardman
Chief Financial Officer, OBN Holdings, Inc.

Craig W. Boardman has been involved in finance and consulting for more than thirty years. Prior to working with OBN Holdings, he founded Seapoint Capital, a boutique advisory firm, specializing in bespoke structures for the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial and residential real estate, equipment leasing and international trade finance. He was also the founder of CW Boardman & Associates, an accounting and financial planning firm that provides entrepreneurial individuals and corporations with business and tax planning strategies, as well as management consulting and interim CFO appointments.

Boardman has served as financial planner with the Orange County Tax & Financial Planning where he developed and implemented tax and financial planning strategies for the firm’s clientele. As the Marketing Director for medical products with Nuclear Medical Systems, Inc., Boardman was responsible for restructuring all aspects of the company marketing and sales programs. He also centralized the sales force and developed marketing programs for the radio-immuno-assay product lines.

Boardman worked with DaMotta & Associates in Bangkok, Thailand where he was involved in project financing for a kenaf pulp-ethanol facility and commercial banking. He also worked with Murdock Machine & Engineer Company of Utah. While at the firm he was responsible for Industrial Engineering & Facilities Planning, with work in Purchasing and Finance. While at the company, he negotiated international contracts to build a “turn-key” munitions loading plant for the Government of Thailand.

Boardman earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Cape Town, a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Whitman College. He also received his Certified Financial Planner certification from the College of Financial Planning.



Donald K. Wilson, Esq.
Senior Vice President, OBN Holdings, Inc.
President, Eclectic Entertainment, Inc.

Donald Wilson specializes in all areas of entertainment law and represents clients from the recording, film, television, book publishing and sports industries. He began his career at the law firm, Mason & Sloane. Later, he joined Quincy Jones Productions where he was instrumental in promoting and developing We Are the World, The Color Purple, and Michael Jackson's Thriller and Bad albums. In addition, he was the Executive Producer of the award winning Frank Sinatra documentary, Portrait of an Album. Ultimately, Mr. Wilson capped his tenure at Quincy Jones Production as President of Qwest Entertainment Company, which is the parent organization of Quincy Jones Productions.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Wilson has authored numerous articles on music copyright. He has appeared as guest copyright expert on NBC's program, Trial Watch and has lectured and spoken at Harvard University and Oxford University on Entertainment Law. Mr. Wilson has been a featured panelist for various Entertainment and Sports Law Symposiums, and has been invited to guest lecture at UCLA and USC Law Schools.



Takashi Yodono
Director of Planning, OBN Holdings, Inc.

Takashi Yodono has been involved in production and public relations throughout Japan for more than four decades. A few of the major projects in which he has been involved include: serving as Executive Producer and Director for all BIE EXPOs (Bureau International des Expositions) held in Japan; Executive Producer of the Snoopy Town project to construct a small-scale theme park in Osaka; twice served as Producer of the Japan Prize in 2004; and produced the Miles Davis Memorial at the Sony Ginza Square in Tokyo. From 1993 to 2000, Mr. Yodono was responsible for concept development and public relations planning activities for the Tokyo Motor Business Car Show, and the Tokyo Motor Passenger Car Show in 2001.

Mr. Yodono co-produced the natural science film “Beavers”, a prize winning movie at the World IMAX Festival in 1990 for the Omnimax Theaters. Mr. Yodono also co-produced a documentary film of the America’s Cup yacht race with IMAX, which was screened at the NTT Pavilion at the Nagoya Design Expo in Japan. Mr. Yodono was a Visiting Research Fellow at the Dentsu Institute for Human Studies in Tokyo, is currently the Senior Secretary for the Japan-China Association of Economy and Trade, and a member of the International and Japan P.E.N. Club, an international association of Japanese writers.

Takeo Suzuki
President, Kyodo USA, Inc.

Mr. Takeo Suzuki has been involved with project management and coordination between the United States and Japan for more than thirty years. He began his career in Japan working for Kyodo Tokyo, one of the largest concert promotion companies in Japan. During his tenure at Kyodo Tokyo, he handing projects involving world famous artists such as the Carpenters, Chicago, Andy Williams and Led Zeppelin.

In 1980, Mr. Suzuki established Assoland International Corporation, and American promotion and coordinating company. Assoland was responsible for taking American entertainers to Japan to perform at major concerts and festivals throughout the country. Performers with which the company has worked include Michael Jackson, Madonna and Ray Charles.

During the early 1990’s Mr. Suzuki co-founded Kyodo USA, Inc. Initially, the company focused on coordinating entertainment related projects between Japan and the United States. In the mid 1990’s Mr. Suzuki decided to broaden the scope of its imports into Japan to include food items. Now, in addition to working with Japan’s largest record companies and concert promoters, Kyodo USA imports pork and beef from Mexico and sells it in Japan.

JinMian Liang
General Manager, OBN Holdings (HK) Ltd

JinMian "Ivy" Liang possesses a vast knowledge in the areas of business development, negotiating and finance. As General Manager of OBN Holdings Hong Kong, her responsibility is to oversee the operations of OBN’s acquisition and business development activities in the China region, which include Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Ms Liang is also responsible for overseeing projects in which the company is engaged.

Prior to working with OBN Holdings, Ms. Liang served as a translator and interpreter for BM Intelligence, located in Shenzhen, China. During her tenure, she was responsible for translating, from English to Chinese, prospectuses, annual reports, offering circulars and announcements, and other financial documents for public and private companies. She was also responsible for interpreting at conferences and business negotiations, and actually conducted the negotiations with Chinese companies on behalf of American businesses. Additionally, Ms. Liang worked closely with BM Intelligence’s consultancy and audit department as a liaison between BMI and the company’s American clients.

Ms. Liang earned a BA degree from the Beijing Foreign Studies Universities where she majored in English Language Culture. She is a native speaker of both Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese, and is fully fluent in English.

Masami Inoue
General Manager, OBN Holdings Japan Co., Ltd.

Masami Inoue has extensive experience in business development and computer science. Prior to serving as General Manager of OBN Holdings Japan, she worked for Access Co., a Tokyo-based computer software company. Ms. Inoue also worked on a freelance basis with such major companies as Nomura Securities, Toyota, Hitachi, Canon and Fujitsu. Moreover, she has served as an English to Japanese translator and interpreter.

Ms. Inoue attended Hosei University in Tokyo, Japan and California State University, Northridge in Los Angeles, California. She is a native speaker of Japanese, and is fully fluent in English.
