| Edward L. Pagano |

| Mr. Pagano has served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer since May 2010. Edd brings over 30 years experience in growing successful engineering and consulting businesses. He served in various positions at WorleyParsons Group Inc. and a predecessor, Parsons E&C Corporation, including as President-Americas from October 2004 to August 2008. Mr. Pagano joined WorleyParsons in 1998 and held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer before being appointed President-Americas. Prior to joining WorleyParsons, Mr. Pagano held various senior financial positions with The Shaw Group, Aker Kvaerner, URS, and Lurgi Corporation. Most recently, he served as President-Americas at GL Industrial Service, a technical assurance and consulting firm to the energy industry. Mr. Pagano received a B.S. in Accounting from Ramapow College and a M.B.A. in Accounting from Seton Hall University. |

| Robert W. Raiford has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ENGlobal since December 2001. From 1979 until December 2001, Mr. Raiford served in numerous officer positions for Petrocon Engineering, Inc. and as a director of its various subsidiaries. Mr. Raiford received an MBA in 1974 and a BBA in Business Management in 1968 from Lamar University. |

| Mr. Church joined ENGlobal in May of 2005. He has over 20 years of Human Resources experience in the petrochemical, heavy manufacturing and telecommunications industries. Mr. Church received his M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an M.B.A. degree from Lamar University. He has presented and published papers in the areas of conflict resolution and employee motivation. |

| Kenneth P. Collins |
Vice President - Project Controls

Mr. Collins has served as the Vice President of Project Controls since May 2007. He has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of Project Controls. From December 1981 to May 2007, Mr. Collins was a member of the operations management team and later served as the Director of Project Controls for the Houston division of ABB Lummus Global. The majority of Mr. Collins experience involves working directly on or managing large scale domestic and international projects, including lump sum turnkey petrochemical and refinery projects. Mr. Collins graduated from Florida International University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the School of Technology.

| Ms. Hairston joined ENGlobal in January 2004 and currently serves as the Vice President-Investor Relations, Chief Governance Officer and Corporate Secretary. In addition to her IR responsibilities, Natalie leads the Company’s SOX/SEC compliance, corporate communications, and branding efforts. Prior to joining ENGlobal, Ms. Hairston held similar positions at Chaparral Resources, Inc., an independent oil and gas company with operations in Kazakhstan, and Hondo Oil & Gas Company, an independent oil and gas company with operations in Colombia. Before beginning her investor relations career, Natalie served as a certified corporate paralegal at Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Natalie has undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and the American University of Paris, France and completed her M.B.A. in 2004 from Ellis College of the New York Institute of Technology. She currently serves on the Senior Roundtable Steering Committee for the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and is a Past President and Treasurer of the Houston chapter of NIRI. She is also a member and past Board member of the Houston chapter of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals (the "Society"). Ms. Hairston is also a member of the Houston Chapter of the Women's Energy Network and the Texas Exes Business Network. |

| Ms. Hamrick has served as the Vice President of Legal since February 2010. From August 2008 to February 2010, she served as Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining ENGlobal, Ms. Hamrick was General Counsel at Berwanger, Inc. and has served as in-house counsel for Shell Oil Co., HydroChem Industrial Services and Landry’s Restaurants. She has extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions, employment law and international transactions. Ms. Hamrick received a BBA in Management from Baylor University and received a JD from South Texas College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Texas and Colorado. |

| Don A. Johnson |

Mr. Johnson joined the Company as Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager in February 2002. He has over 37 years experience in the Petrochemical and construction field with 16 years as a Safety Professional. His experience includes employee safety training, writing and implementing safety procedures, state and federal safety regulations, Workers Comp Risk Management, and OSHA's Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) certification. Mr. Johnson studied Technical Arts at Lamar University. He has completed extensive safety training and certification courses. Mr. Johnson is certified in First Aid and CPR and a member of American Association of Safety Engineering.

Mr. Kelley assumed the role of Vice President - Governmental Services in June 2010. He served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services from November 2006 to June 2010. Mr. Kelley served as President of ENGlobal Engineering, Inc.'s Western Division from January 2006 to November 2006 and as a consultant to the Company from December 2004 to January 2006. Mr. Kelley has served as Sponsor of ENGlobal's renewable fuels group since December 2004. From September 1995 to November 2004, Mr. Kelley concurrently served as the President of Aker Kvaerner’s Process Services Company and its Panamanian subsidiary, Investigacion Y Evaluacion Ambiental (IEA). Mr. Kelley has considerable international operations experience including the Middle East, Caribbean, and Central America. Mr. Kelley graduated from Texas Wesleyan University with a BBA in Accounting.

Stephen A. Kelly was appointed as the Interim President of ENGlobal’s Automation segment in June 2010. He served as Vice President‑Houston Operations for ENGlobal's Automation segment from November 2006 to June 2010 after joining ENGlobal in March of 2006. Steve has worked in the industrial automation business for the past 30 years, primarily on projects but also in construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and maintenance. Born in England Steve's career has taken him to a variety of countries, arriving in Canada in 1997 before moving to the US in 2002.

| Mr. Lee has served as President of ENGlobal’s land & regulatory services subsidiary, ENGlobal Land, Inc. since May 2006. In June 2010, he took over responsibility for the Company's inspection group. From 1995 to the acquisition by ENGlobal, Mr. Lee served as President and Chief Executive Officer of WRC/Wilbanks Corporation. Prior to joining WRC in 1987, he was employed in the exploration and production industry as an independent Petroleum Landman. Michael attended college on an athletic scholarship and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado in 1980. He is past Chairman of the International Right of Way Association’s Pipeline Committee and is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen. |

| Ms. Leedy assumed the role of Senior Vice President - Business Development in June 2010 to lead ENGlobal’s business development efforts across each of the Company’s operating segments. She served as the President of ENGlobal Systems, Inc. from November 2006 to June 2010 and as the President of ENGlobal Automation Group, Inc. from March 2005 to June 2010. Ms. Leedy has over 25 years of experience in the automation services industry, including the execution of instrumentation and automation projects for Honeywell in North and Latin America. |

| Michael M. Patton, P.E. joined ENGlobal in 1998. He was appointed Senior Vice President of Midwest Operations (Engineering) in June 2010. He is responsible for Engineering operations in the Tulsa, Denver (Engineering), and Chicago markets. He has served as President of ENGlobal Technical Services, Inc. since October 2009. Prior to the Company's segment restructuring, he served as Senior Vice President - Project Development of ENGlobal Corporation. Mike held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development of ENGlobal Corporation from 2002 to October 2009. Mr. Patton has served as a Director and Sponsor of ENGlobal Technical Services, Inc. since January 2004. He has served Director of ENGlobal Engineering, Inc. since November 2004. Mr. Patton has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of multi-discipline engineering and construction projects for the oil and gas, electrical power, military and municipal utility industries, with 17 years specifically related to corporate business and project development. Mr. Patton served as Senior Vice President at Dresser Engineering, Inc. from 1996 through 1998. He held multiple positions including Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Operations at Engineering Design Group from 1975 through 1996. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1975. He holds memberships in National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE), Instrument Society of America (ISA), and is a Senior Member of IEEE (Power Engineering, Control Systems, and Industrial Electronics). |

| Mr. Schroeder has served as the Company’s Information Technology Manager since April 2007 and held the position of Lead Technician from January 2006 to April 2007. As ENGlobal’s IT manager, Mr. Schroeder plans, organizes and directs the activities of the Information Technology department. He has over 10 years experience in such areas as training, purchasing, budgeting, supporting, and supervision over IT related services. Mr. Schroeder has a degree from Santa Monica University in addition to various continuing education programs, such as advanced computing, networking, and Industrial Technology Management. |

| Mr. Smith was appointed Senior Vice President - Gulf Coast Operations for the Engineering Segment in June 2010. Prior to the Company's segment restructuring, he served as President of ENGlobal Engineering, Inc. from October 2001 from June 2010. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas with more than 35 years of composite experience in design engineering, plant engineering, project management in the refining, chemical, petrochemical, commercial and pulp and paper industries. His background reflects extensive project management in a private consulting firm, co-ownership in a private corporation, and project administration in both the commercial and industrial fields. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lamar University. |

Mr. Winthrop was appointed Senior Vice President - Construction Services in June 2010 and, prior to the Company's segment restructuring, served as President of ENGlobal Construction Resources, Inc. from January 2006 to June 2010. He has over 30 years experience in the petrochemical, refining, and power industry serving both the domestic and international markets. Prior to joining ENGlobal, Ron was Director of Construction for ABB Lummus Inc., and previously Vice President of Process Construction for Stone and Webster.
