Paul Finkelstein is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Regis Corporation, the worldwide leader in the $150 billion to $170 billion hair salon industry that operates, franchises or holds ownership interests in over 12,700 worldwide locations.
Paul D. Finkelstein joined Regis Corporation in May 1987. In his 20-plus years with the Company, Regis has grown from 659 salons operating in two divisions with annual sales of $172 million to seven divisions with over 12,700 locations worldwide. Key concepts include Jean Louis David, Supercuts, Regis Salons, SmartStyle, MasterCuts and Cost Cutters, with system-wide revenues of $3.9 billion. During the last four years, Finkelstein has broadened the Company to include the related business of hair restoration. Last year, Regis and affiliate locations recorded 160 million customer visits worldwide.
Mr. Finkelstein has been in the salon industry throughout his 40-plus year career. In 1966, he joined Glemby International, which operated department-store based beauty salons. He spent 15 years with the company where he helped build sales from $35 million to $150 million. In 1981, he joined the Seligman & Latz (S&L) salon chain as chairman of its beauty division, where he was responsible for the operating results of 1,000 beauty salons. In 1984, Mr. Finkelstein was named CEO of Turner Hall Corporation, a Bass Brothers' LBO, which was sold to Revlon three years later. Mr. Finkelstein served as a senior vice president at Revlon before joining Regis.
Mr. Finkelstein earned a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and obtained his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
Mr. Finkelstein was a member of the Young Presidents' Organization for 20 years, and for two years chaired the New York Metro Chapter. He is an active member of the Chief Executives Organization. He also serves on the New York Stock Exchange Advisory Board. |

| Randy L. Pearce |
Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer

Randy Pearce oversees Regis Corporation's finance division, as well as strategic planning, corporate administration and other corporate support functions, including information technology, loss prevention, distribution centers, and insurance and risk management.
Pearce joined Regis Corporation in 1985 after serving four years with the international public accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand, and has moved through a variety of finance positions at Regis prior to assuming his current role in 1998.
Pearce holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota's Carlson School Executive Management program. He is a CPA and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Executives Institute (FEI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He also serves on the board of Dressbarn, Inc. as well as the Boy Scouts of America.

Eric Bakken oversees Regis Corporation's legal affairs, as well as the internal audit and investment benefits functions.
Bakken joined Regis Corporation in 1994 as a lawyer, becoming General Counsel in 2004.
Bakken holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's College of Minnesota, and a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. He is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, the Minnesota Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

| Bruce Johnson |
Executive Vice President, Real Estate and Construction

Bruce Johnson oversees the creation of all salon design prototypes, as well as the construction management of all new stores and renovations. He is also responsible for the facilities management of the Regis headquarters, including all corporate office planning.
Johnson joined Regis Corporation in 1977 as a company architect and continued to move through a variety of positions in design and construction before assuming his current role.
Johnson holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota. He is a nationally registered architect accredited by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Mark Kartarik directs the entire franchise organization which includes over 2,000 franchised salons throughout North America and in Europe.
Kartarik joined Regis Corporation in 1984 and held a variety of business operations positions prior to becoming the Chief Operating Officer of Supercuts Inc. in 1997. In 1999 he was named President of the Franchise Division.
Kartarik holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamline University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. He is a member of the International Chain Salon Association (ICSA), the International Mass Retailers Association (IMRA), the International Franchise Association (IFA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Institute for Franchise Management (IFM).

Norma Knudsen oversees the retail merchandise department which includes the teams that are responsible for purchasing, merchandise presentation, replenishment/allocation and inventory planning. She also manages the franchise product sales department, retail sales education, and the private label team which develops and oversees the manufacturing of all Regis private label product lines.
Knudsen joined Beauty Express in 1984, which was later acquired by Regis Corporation, and moved through a variety of business operations positions before assuming her current role.

Executive Vice President of Fashion, Education and Marketing

Gordon Nelson is responsible for creating education programs that encompass technical directors who implement the company's extensive and award-winning education program. He is also responsible for the company's marketing initiatives, which include advertising, marketing and public relations.
In 1977, he joined Regis Corporation as an artistic director, where he participated in establishing the artistic team and technical program, now considered the best educational program in the beauty industry. His creativity and talent, and that of his artistic team, continuously raise the level of excellence for the company's 59,000 associates worldwide. Because of his commitment to quality, Nelson is regarded as a premier educator and designer in the industry.

John Briggs oversees all SmartStyle Family Hair Salons located in Wal-Mart Supercenters throughout North America.
Briggs joined Regis Corporation in 1985 and moved through a variety of business operations positions before assuming his current role.
He has been instrumental in building this brand from very few locations to its current total of over 2,300 salons.

Andrew Cohen joined Regis Corporation in 1991 after working on Wall Street for five years. He held various positions until he became President, International Division. In this role, he oversaw more than 2,000 salons located in Europe and was instrumental in the successful European integration. Cohen assumed his current role as President, Regis Salon Division in 2008.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota.

Darryll Porter oversees 95 hair restoration centers.
Porter most recently served as the Chief Operating and Financial Officer, overseeing Hair Club's field and financial operations throughout North America. He joined Hair Club in January 2005 shortly after its purchase by Regis Corporation. He had previously worked for Hair Club as CFO from 2000 through 2002. In the interim, Porter worked for Cerberus Capital Management and was CFO of a national staffing company, Tandem Staffing Solutions, Inc. From 1992 to 1999 he worked for FKI, PLC in various positions including Worldwide Financial Director and President of CERTEX Americas.
Porter holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New Mexico State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

In her current role as Senior Vice President, Managing Director Regis International, Jackie Lang oversees the management of the Regis, Supercuts, Hair Express, Trade Secret, and HCUK brands within the UK, together with Vidal Sassoon concept which has salons in both the USA and Europe.
Jackie commenced her employment with Regis in 1987 as a management accountant, having held a similar role for AECI in South Africa. In subsequent years, she held the roles of Franchise Manager and General Manager, progressing to Vice President of Operations prior to her current promotion in 2008.
Jackie holds a degree in Business from the Open University in London.

David Foley joined Regis in 2007 with over 23 years of experience in corporate/commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has worked for industry leaders such as The Staubach Company, ADC Telecommunications and UnitedHealth Group. As Senior Vice President of Real Estate, David is responsible for acquisition and/or disposition of Regis real estate locations.
He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), a past President of the Midwest Chapter of CoreNet Global and has been a featured panelist at numerous real estate industry conferences. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. John's University in Collegeville, MN.

| Mary Kiley |

Mary Kiley leads a team of marketing specialists who develop the branding, marketing, sales promotion, customer loyalty and communication plans for all salon concepts in all countries. She also oversees package design and promotion of the company's private label lines and directs the company's corporate marketing and public relations efforts.
Kiley joined Regis in January, 2000 as Vice President of Marketing for the North American salon brands and the company's corporate marketing. She was promoted to International Vice President of Marketing in 2004 with expanded responsibility for all salon brand marketing in all countries. In 2007, she was promoted to her current position in senior management.
Kiley has over 25 years experience in fashion-related retail advertising and marketing. Prior to joining Regis, she was Senior Vice President of Marketing for one of the premiere U.S. shopping center developers, General Growth Properties.

Chief Operating Officer, MasterCuts

David Bortnem oversees 600 MasterCuts salons. Before joining Regis, he worked at W.W. Grainger for seven years in a number of Operations, Systems and Quality positions. He joined Regis in 1998 as Salon Director. In 2000, Bortnem was promoted to VP of Operations for the Regis Division, and in 2003 he assumed the same position in MasterCuts. In 2006, he was promoted to his current role as Chief Operating Officer of MasterCuts.
Bortnem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University. |

As Chief Operating Officer for the Supercuts Corporate Salon Division, Diane Calta oversees more than 1,100 Supercuts locations in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Calta’s career has been grounded in the fashion and beauty industry. Her experience includes positions with Marshall Field's and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Calta joined Regis Corporation in 1999 and moved through several merchandising and operations positions before assuming her current role in January of 2007. She has been instrumental in the success and growth of the Supercuts division. |

Chief Operating Officer, Promenade Salon Concepts

Amy Edwards began her career with Regis Corporation in 1998 and joined the Promenade group later that year. She moved through a variety of positions before assuming her current role as Chief Operating Officer of the Promenade Salon Division in 2006. Edwards oversees 2,400 salons in the United States and Canada. Her role in Promenade's many successful acquisitions has contributed to the division's tremendous growth.

John Exline has been with Regis Corporation since 1990 in various sales and operational roles. In 1996 he began to work exclusively with National Hair Care/SmartStyle salons. In 1999, Exline was named Vice President of SmartStyle Salon Operations.
