Some more questions, now that we're becoming a private company...
Questions. 1) Why does it look like gmed was traded at .0001 on bigcharts.com?

There are a few more days of trading, it seems, till our registration is revoked by the SEC.

 2) Does my stockbroker have the actual shares (paper) which I hold?

I believe so. This is a common question, so my guess is that stockbrokers have worked out a way to hold certificates for their consumers. Whether they're actual paper certificates or some electronic form that has the same effect, I'm not sure. As you know, anybody can get a new certificate from the Transfer Agent if they lose their original certificate by filling out some paperwork. The Transfer Agent, Standard Register and Transfer of Provo, UT, has a list of every stockholder and how much they own.

 3) What price will be established for shares bought and sold, if facilitated through Genomed?

At the moment, I don't know. If we do trade again, though, I promise that we'll set the price higher than the 0.3 cents a share we've been for the past few years.

As you know, we have a lot of work to do before then, like bringing in either $500K in revenues or investments to pay for re-registration with the SEC. If investors come in, they'll undoubtedly be specific about their terms. I promise that existing shareholders will be treated fairly, since I am one, too. If we manage to bootstrap our way out of this without any help, i.e. by bringing in revenues, then we can have a discussion among the shareholders in our private company. But we may want to consider a reverse split to bring the number of total shares down.

Best regards,

Dave, Are you going to do an H1N1 clinical trial? It's spreading here in Idaho (and I don't feel good RIGHT now). Could people still use the Avian/Influenza clinical trial information? I have a 1 year old and 3 year old--I'm guessing you wouldn't recommend ACE inhibitors if either were to get the (H1N1) flu? I don't plan on getting vaccinated for H1N1 or "regular" influenza, but I would like to have my kids vaccinated--unfortunately that possibility is weeks away and H1N1 is already here. I would love to know your thoughts! Thank you, M.

Dear Mr. Moskowitz, Thank You for all the research and wonderfull work that You're doing! I think I've read all of your publications and interviews, and I know that You're a very frank person. I would like to invest some money for future benefits, and I find Your approach extremely unique. People with illnesses usually go first with FDA approved medicine, if that doesn't help they start seeking alternatives. I know that You can prevent those terrible deseases, but can You cure them? What's the outcome of the trials that You initiate? If You can cure those illnesses, is that gonna be legal in the US without FDA approval? I beleive that the end of the pill is about 10 years away. Stemcell companies are giving some very promising results, and some of them are undergoing Phase l/ll clinical trials as we speak. If those trials prove successful, pretty much all you have to do in the future is having regular stemcells shots, or they'll have organs grown for you. Could You please describe how Your approach is better, or equal. Thank You very much For Your Time.

Dave, I'm very worried about Swine flu or a stronger type of flu that looks to prevail this fall. I've just heard Tamiflu might not work. Since we need to get a remedy within two days of catching it (right?) and I'm sure you can help, could you please let us know how we can reach you in an emergency situation like this?
