Public and private companies and for-profit and nonprofit organizations were qualified to enter. Participating companies had to have more than 50 employees based in the North Texas counties of Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, Collin, Kaufman, Rockwall, and Ellis. Companies were surveyed in June and July of this year.
