Williams Partners owns interests in three major interstate natural gas pipelines with a combined total annual throughput of approximately 3.26 trillion cubic feet of natural gas, which is approximately 14 percent of the natural gas consumed in the United States. Combined peak-day delivery capacity is approximately 14 billion cubic feet per day.

Williams Partners’ interstate gas pipelines, with its ownership percentage noted, include:
- Transco (100 percent): One of the premier interstate natural gas pipelines in the United States, Transco is a 10,000-mile natural gas pipeline system that extends from Texas to the New York City metropolitan area. The system serves customers in Texas plus 12 Southeast and Atlantic seaboard states, including major metropolitan areas in Georgia, North Carolina, Washington, D.C., New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
- Northwest Pipeline (100 percent): Northwest Pipeline is a 3,900-mile natural gas pipeline system extending from the San Juan basin in northwestern New Mexico and southwestern Colorado through Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington to a point on the Canadian border near Sumas, Wash. Northwest Pipeline provides services for markets in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington directly or indirectly through interconnections with other pipelines.
- Gulfstream Pipeline (49 percent): Gulfstream is a 745-mile natural gas pipeline system extending from the Mobile Bay area in Alabama to markets in Florida. The other owners of Gulfstream are Williams (NYSE: WMB), which directly owns 1 percent, Spectra Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: SEP), which owns 49 percent, and a subsidiary of Spectra Energy Partners, L.P., which owns 1 percent.
Pipeline (70 percent): Constitution is a proposed
121-mile interstate gas pipeline designed to connect natural gas production in
northeastern Pennsylvania with northeastern markets by spring 2015. The pipeline is being designed to connect
Williams Partners’ gathering system in Susquehanna County, Pa., to the Iroquois
