Carey Ford was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Precision Drilling Corporation in October 2025 and serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Since joining Precision in 2011, Mr. Ford has played a central role in guiding the company’s strategy, financial position, and operational execution through several industry cycles.

Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ford served as Chief Financial Officer beginning in 2016.

Earlier in his career at Precision, Mr. Ford held leadership positions, including Vice President, Finance & Investor Relations, and Senior Vice President, Finance Operations.

Before joining Precision, Mr. Ford spent seven years as an investment banker at Simmons & Company International, serving oilfield service clients. He also worked as a financial analyst at Arthur Andersen and as an Associate at The Sterling Group, a middle-market private equity firm.

Mr. Ford is a board director of XtremeX Mining Technology, Inc., and a past Co-President and board member of The Children’s Fund. Mr. Ford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Dustin Honing serves as Chief Financial Officer of Precision. Since joining Precision in 2011, he has held various senior roles that have strengthened his expertise in financial stewardship, strategic planning, and operational performance.

Before being appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2025, Mr. Honing served as Vice President, Operations Finance, where he directed financial strategies for Precision’s North American business segments. He also led the global supply chain group, driving initiatives that improved efficiency and cost management. His earlier experience includes serving as Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Development, leading Enterprise Risk Management, and holding several senior controller positions.

Mr. Honing is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.

Gene C. Stahl was appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Precision in October 2025. Over his nearly three decades with the company, he has held leadership roles spanning operations, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and health and safety, giving him a uniquely comprehensive view of the business.

Before becoming Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Stahl was President, North American Drilling (2023–2025), overseeing Canadian and U.S. operations, and Chief Marketing Officer (2019–2023), where he strengthened customer relationships and advanced Precision’s competitive position.

Mr. Stahl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. He also serves on the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) North American Onshore Advisory Panel and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Thomas Alford has dedicated 45 years to the oilfield services industry in Western Canada, bringing extensive experience in operations, leadership, and business development. He joined Precision in 2018 and now serves as President of Precision Well Servicing, leading the largest provider of service rigs in Canada. In this role, he is committed to enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining the highest safety standards, and ensuring exceptional service quality for customers across the industry.

Throughout his career, Thomas has been instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing performance, and fostering strong, results-driven teams. His leadership has contributed to the continued growth and success of well servicing operations, adapting to the evolving demands of the energy sector while upholding a commitment to reliability and excellence.

Beyond his role at Precision, Thomas serves on the Board of Wajax Corporation and is the Chairman of the Board for Trican Well Service, further demonstrating his dedication to advancing the industry.

Darren J. Ruhr has been a key contributor to Precision Drilling since 1997, serving in roles of increasing responsibility across nearly three decades. Appointed Chief Administrative Officer in 2018, Mr. Ruhr oversees corporate business systems and network infrastructure, cybersecurity, human resources, organizational effectiveness and performance, real estate and facilities, Health, Safety and Environment, and other critical administrative functions.

Previously, Mr. Ruhr was Senior Vice President, Corporate Services from 2005 to 2018 and served as Corporate Secretary for the Corporation from 2005 to 2008. He has played a pivotal role in developing the business systems and technology that underpin Precision's operational excellence today.

Before joining Precision, Mr. Ruhr gained international experience with the Bermuda Monetary Authority, Bermuda Electric Light Company, and the Cayman Islands Government.

Mr. Ruhr earned his ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in January 2018.

Veronica H. Foley joined Precision in 2010, and currently serves as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer. She is responsible for managing Precision’s legal and compliance department, including developing and directing the corporate legal function, selecting and supervising outside counsel and providing strategic legal and business planning, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, securities and corporate financial transactions.

Ms. Foley has over two decades of experience in the energy business. Prior to joining Precision, Ms. Foley spent over seven years working at Norton Rose Fulbright, LLP. In private practice, she represented several international companies in internal investigations and handling litigation and international arbitration matters.

Ms. Foley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and French from Baylor University, and a doctor of jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law. She also serves on the boards of various educational and professional institutions.

Shuja  U. Goraya currently serves as Chief Technology Officer. He joined the company in July 2018. Mr. Goraya will lead our strategic drilling technology initiatives designed to significantly enhance drilling process efficiency by leveraging automation, innovating new surface and downhole drilling hardware and software solutions, and optimizing data analytics. Mr. Goraya has over 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry working in technology management and drilling operations roles at Schlumberger Ltd. in the United States, Canada, Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Mr. Goraya was most recently Vice President of the North American Drilling Group responsible for Directional Drilling, Drilling Tools, Fluids, Bits, Integrated Projects and Land Rigs. Mr. Goraya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
