PAA Launches New Partnership Website |
(Houston – February 5, 2004) Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. (NYSE: PAA) today announced the launch of its new partnership website located at www.paalp.com. The new website contains a wealth of information about the Partnership, including its history, vision, strategy, management, assets and operations. The site also provides access to press releases, investor presentations, conference call transcripts, SEC filings, an extensive list of investor questions and answers and an online form where investors and customers can sign up to receive the Partnership’s corporate communications via e-mail.
“Our new website enables all of our stakeholders to monitor our continued progress in a convenient and easily accessible manner,” said A. Patrick Diamond, Manager of Special Projects of Plains All American.
“The site’s Customer Center provides our customers and potential customers with online access to business development contacts, crude oil bulletins and, coming soon, pipeline tariffs.
In addition, we have integrated into the new site our PlainsNet Customer Support System – an online resource that enables producer customers and royalty owners to access their accounts with us, including crude oil statements and check details. We are excited about the new website and hope that it adds value for our investors as well as our customers.” Diamond noted that the new website allows investors to access their K-1 tax information online – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Specifically, investors will be able to:
• Access their 2003 K-1’s as early as February 27, 2004;
• Print additional copies of K-1’s;
• Request changes to K-1 information online; and
• Download K-1 tax information directly into Turbo Tax.
