IDT Entertainment Sales Signs Distribution Agreement with Ledafilms S.A.
Ledafilms S.A. To Distribute IDT Entertainment Sales Animated and Live Action Properties Throughout Latin America

North Hollywood, CA, January 19, 2005 – IDT Entertainment Sales (IDTeS), an IDT Entertainment company, today announced that Ledafilms S.A. has acquired all television broadcasting rights throughout Latin America for select IDTeS animated and live action properties. IDT Entertainment is a subsidiary of IDT Corporation (NYSE:IDT, IDT.C) an international telecom, entertainment and technology company.
The agreement includes the IDTeS animated films “Todd McFarlane’s Spawn” and “Tony Hawk in Boom Boom Goes the Circus.” Live action films include the action adventure-thrillers “The Fallen Ones,” starring Casper Van Dien, “Demon Hunter” and “It Waits,” from producer Stephen J. Cannell, “All Souls Day,” starring David Keith and Laura Elena Harring. Also included in the agreement is “Masters of Horror,” a series of thirteen 1-hour features from some of today’s greatest directors of horror films.
The distribution agreement covers 34 Latin American countries and Spanish speaking regions, including Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela and Brazil.

Subsequently, the company expanded it distribution business throughout all of Latin America. For 22 years, Ledafilms was the exclusive representative for Twentieth Century Fox in several Latin American territories. Since 1998, Ledafilms has been the exclusive television rights sales agent in all of the Latin American territories for DreamWorks International Distribution, LLC and recently they have been named the sales agent for various other Hollywood producers. Ledafilms has a catalogue of over 700 feature films and over 600 hours of series, specials, and mini-series.
